這份服務條款適用於小滿占星提供的占星諮詢、書面報告、占星課程及相關服務。
請在預約或付款前閱讀這份條款、私隱政策，以及取消、改期及退款條款。

2. 服務性質
小滿占星提供以反思為本的服務，協助你加深自我理解、覺察生命周期，以及更清晰地認識自己的方向。
占星不是醫療、心理治療、法律意見、財務建議，或任何其他受規管的專業服務。服務不保證任何特定結果或成效。
如你正面對健康、精神健康、法律或財務問題，請向具備相關資格的專業人士求助。你對自己的決定和行動負責。
3. 預約及付款
預約時網站或預約頁面所顯示的描述、價格、時長及包含項目，構成服務協議的一部分。
除非另有書面協議，預約須於收到付款後方告確認。付款可以英鎊或港元處理。任何匯率差價、銀行、信用卡、PayPal 或付款平台費用，由付款方承擔。
預約確認及這份條款的副本，會以電郵或其他可供儲存的格式提供。
4. 你提供的資料
你有責任盡你所知提供準確的出生資料及聯絡資料。出生日期、時間或地點有誤可能影響星盤及分析結果。
如在報告製作開始後才更改出生資料，小滿可能先說明涉及的額外工作、交付時間及費用，再決定能否重新製作報告。
5. 書面報告及諮詢
報告篇幅、分析範圍及諮詢時長因服務而異，以相關預約頁面的描述為準。
如服務包含書面報告，將按預約時協議的方式及時限交付。如你遲到，諮詢通常仍會在原定時間結束，以免影響其後的預約。
6. Zoom 錄影
如服務包含 Zoom 錄影，只會在你知情並同意的情況下進行。錄影供你個人參閱及用於交付協議服務。除非雙方另行協議，任何一方均不得發布、出售或作其他用途。
如你不希望錄影，請在諮詢前告知小滿。這不影響你參與諮詢的權利。
7. 取消、改期及退款
取消、改期及退款條款是這份服務條款的一部分。這份條款不排除或削減你在法律上享有的消費者權利。
8. 小滿取消或更改
如小滿因病、技術問題或其他合理原因未能在確認時間提供服務，我會盡快獲知，並獲提供另一個雙方均合適的時間。如未能就新時間達成協議，你可就未獲提供的服務部分獲得退款。
9. 知識產權及個人使用
書面報告、課程材料、簡報、錄影及其他原創內容的版權，屬小滿占星或相關權利持有人所有。
你可保留為你製作的報告或錄影，並用作個人參閱。未經書面許可，你不得發布、出售、作商業用途複製、移除作者資料，或以其作品呈現。
10. 服務問題
如你認為服務與確認的內容不符，請盡快電郵 hi.siumoon@gmail.com，說明問題及你期望的結果。這份條款不限制在法律上以合理技術及謹慎態度提供服務的責任，亦不排除法律上不能排除的責任。
11. 適用法律
這份條款受英格蘭及威爾士法律管轄。如你以消費者身份在另一個國家使用服務，當地法律給予你的任何強制性消費者保障不受影響。

These terms apply to astrology consultations, written reports, astrology classes and related services provided by Siumoon Astrology. Please read these terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy before making a booking or payment.

2. Nature of the service
Siumoon Astrology provides a reflective service intended to support self-understanding, awareness of life cycles and a clearer sense of direction. Astrology is not medical care, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice or any other regulated professional service. No particular result or outcome is guaranteed. If you are dealing with a health matter, mental health crisis, legal issue or financial concern, please seek help from a suitably qualified professional. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
3. Bookings and payment
The description, price, duration and included items shown on the website or booking page at the time of booking form part of the service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a booking is confirmed only after payment has been received. Payment may be processed in pounds sterling or Hong Kong dollars. Any exchange rate, bank, card, PayPal or payment-platform charge is the responsibility of the person making the payment. The booking confirmation and a copy of these terms will be provided by email or in another format that can be saved.
4–11. Full details
You are responsible for providing accurate birth and contact details. The scope and duration of each service is described on the relevant booking page. Zoom recordings are only made with your knowledge and consent and may not be published without agreement. The Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Copyright in all original content remains with Siumoon Astrology. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.
